Privacy Policy

Transparency about the information involved in the website and respect for your choices.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

01Overview

This Privacy Policy describes the practices related to information used on the Kaito Digital Solutions website. Its purpose is to explain clearly which data may be involved in browsing and requesting a quote, why it is used and what rights data subjects have.

This document reflects the website’s current operation and Brazil’s Law No. 13,709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Whenever a material change in data processing occurs, this policy must reflect it.

02Information involved

Information you provide

The quote form contains fields for your name, contact email, service type, investment range and a summary of your needs. The additional details field is optional and provides context for the project.

We ask only for information related to assessing the project. Do not include passwords, banking details, identity documents, health data or other sensitive information in the description field.

Technical browsing information

When you access a website, its hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as your IP address, access date and time, and request data, to deliver the page and keep it operating. Specific conditions depend on the hosting provider used.

03How this version’s form works

Request submission is not active yet. Filling in fields and moving between steps does not send data to Kaito.

Answers are held temporarily on the page so you can move forward and back without entering them again. The form code does not save these answers in cookies or the website’s local storage.

Email validation checks the format you enter; it does not confirm that the mailbox exists or send a verification message. Suggestions and autofill may be managed by your browser according to your device settings.

04Purposes and legal bases

Once request submission is enabled, form data will be used to understand your needs, assess the scope, contact you and prepare a personalized proposal.

For preliminary steps related to a potential contract, taken at the data subject’s request, the intended legal basis is Article 7(V) of the LGPD. Any other processing, if necessary, must have its own purpose and legal basis and be explained appropriately.

Requesting a quote does not automatically subscribe you to advertising campaigns. Any promotional communications will require a specific purpose and legal basis.

05Cookies and browsing technologies

The current website code does not use advertising cookies, audience analytics tools or local storage to record form answers. Fonts, images and interface libraries are embedded in the current version.

Animations and navigation controls are interface features. They are not intended to profile visitors or track their activity on other websites.

If technologies that change these practices are introduced, this policy must be updated and, where applicable, visitors will receive the necessary information and choices.

06Service providers and sharing

In this version, the form does not transmit answers to email services, support platforms or customer management systems.

Before submission is enabled, the services involved in receiving and storing requests must be defined and disclosed, along with any international transfers and their conditions. Permission to use data for purposes incompatible with the quote request is not presumed.

Information may also be subject to legal obligations or orders from competent authorities, within the limits of applicable law.

07Security and retention

Protecting information requires technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the processing risks. These include limiting access, avoiding excessive collection and reviewing the integrations used.

Because submission is still disabled, this form has not generated a database of requests. Retention and deletion criteria for future requests must be defined before activation, considering the purpose of the service and any legal obligations.

No digital environment is completely risk-free. Please avoid providing unnecessary or sensitive information when describing your project.

08Your data rights

The LGPD provides rights that depend on the conditions and legal basis of the processing. These include:

  • Confirmation of processing and access to personal data.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the law.
  • Information about sharing and, where provided by law, portability.
  • Withdrawal of consent and information about its consequences, when consent is the legal basis for processing.
  • Objection to processing in the circumstances provided by law.

Responding to these rights may require proportionate identity verification and compliance with legal retention obligations. Before the form begins receiving data, a dedicated channel for privacy requests will be made available.

09Changes to this policy

This page may be revised as the website, its integrations and its services evolve. The update date identifies the document version.

Changes that materially affect the use of data must be communicated appropriately. We recommend checking this page when using new website features.
